    Maybe Nine Eight SEVEN...

If you haven't visited our website lately, then you might be wondering where SEVEN went...well, we've undergone a little name change and are delighted with our new BC Bike Race image.  Check out the latest Blog posting for the scoop.

BC Bike Race Almost 70% Sold Out!!

A big shout out our growing list of competitors from across the globe: England, Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Minnesota, Washington, New Jersey, California, Virginia, North Carolina, Idaho, Oregon, Michigan, Connecticut, Colorado, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario!

Not Yet Registered? What's Holding You Back?

No teammate? No worries! Use our handy Team Finder to connect with the future riding partner of your dreams through the magic of technology. We've already helped teams come together online. Yours could be next!

No support team? No sweat! You don't need a support team - your all-inclusive entry fee means that we support you from start to finish.

No desire to leave your biggest supporters behind? No problem! The beauty of BC Bike Race is that you can bring your friends/family along for the ride...well, not so much for the ride (that's YOUR challenge!) but more for the incredible experiences they'll have along the way while exploring this amazing province.  We will provide detailed maps to guide your moral supporters from stage to stage and heaps of information about tourist attractions and fun things to see/do along the way.  If they can't come out for an entire week, your supporters can meet you at any Stage along the way...or even in Whistler for the grand finale!

To get the excitement going for your supporters, here's the first of many Top 10 Moral Support Crew teaser lists to come...and this is for just ONE day! Thanks to Race Director Jeremy Grasby for compiling this list of hits in and around his Stage 3 hometown of Cumberland.

Top 10 Moral Support Crew Teasers:

Stage 3 - Comox Valley Area

    - go for a swim in Comox Lake
    - enjoy a ‘world famous’ Cumberland Donut
    - mountain bike in Cumberland
    - rock climb at the Comox Lake Craigs
    - enjoy a cold, refreshing beverage at the historic Waverly hotel
    - take a scenic chairlift ride at Mount Washington
    - hike in the oldest Provincial Park in the province, Strathcona P.P.
    - kayak Comox harbour, Baynes Sound
    - take in the Cumberland Museum, Abbey Art Gallery, Magnolia Art Gallery, Courtenay Museum and/or the Comox Valley Art Gallery
    - enjoy a pottery tour on Denman Island
    - view sea lions basking in the sun on the log booms south of Fanny Bay on the old Island Highway (19a)

    But Wait...There's More!

Be sure to pick up the February edition of BIKE magazine...just two pages deep from the cover you'll see the new face of BC Bike Race  proudly displayed in a two-page spread!

Wondering how the course is shaping up? We’ve added a new feature to the website - Race Route Scouting Reports!  Get the inside scoop on the trails and host cities from our Course Directors, our Base Camp Directors, and other Management Team members. With frequent scouting visits to each of the stage destinations already underway, we'll be posting updates and teasers on trails and tourism, to whet your appetite!
