Day Zero Procedure

Please allow ample time to complete the entire Day Zero registration process and ensure that you have brought with you everything required to complete registration.

At the same time as registration there is a compulsory bike box and racer luggage drop off. If you want your luggage and bike box transported to Whistler for you, you will need to give them to us at this point. Put everything you need for Race Week into your new DAKINE Bag (which you'll get back in Cumberland that night), and we'll take everything else off your hands!

prologue-meetingNote that we'll also to collect your bike from you at this point. We will transport all bikes to the start line in Cumberland the next day where you'll be reunited in ample time to get settled on your ride before the start gun fires.

There is a Mandatory Racer Briefing for all registered participants, which will last approximately one hour.

Note that water will be available during registration. Keep yourself hydrated in preparation for the BC Bike Race experience of a lifetime!
