Harbour Air was founded in British Columbia in 1982. With two small Dehavilland Beaver seaplanes and a plan to service the forest industry, Harbour Air began by offering private charters to log buyers visiting the coast. With growing success and an increasing demand on both commuting and touring service, the company quickly expanded over the years adding daily, frequently scheduled flights between Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, the Sunshine Coast and Whistler. Today, after 35 years in business and more than 40 aircraft, the Harbour Air Group consisting of Harbour Air Seaplanes, Whistler Air, and Saltspring Air has become one of the largest all-seaplane airlines in the world.

This, we hope, will encourage more people to use bicycles resulting in the spread of more eco-friendly lifestyles and the promotion of environmental preservation.
Founded by Chip Wilson in Vancouver, Canada in 1998, Lululemon is a yoga-inspired, technical athletic apparel company for women and men. The Rocky Mountain Development Centre is nestled at the foot of the Vancouver’s North Shore mountains, home to some of the world’s most diverse and rugged terrain. We’ve been developing high-performance mountain bikes here since 1981.

From local trail days to backcountry adventures, we’re all here for a reason: we love mountain biking.

Clif Bar and Company started on a bike ride. Our founder, Gary, took a bite of another energy bar and thought to himself: “I could make a better bar than this.” Today, we still want to make things better. Our food. Our company. Even our planet. We’ll keep working on it.

The Bean was born in an era when we still listened to cassettes in our cafés. More importantly, it was also the era of Vancouver’s “second-wave” coffee boom. West Coast coffee culture is thriving, but it’s also relatively new – since we opened our flagship store in West Vancouver during B.C.’s coffee awakening in the ‘90s, we like to think we’re among “the originals”.

Inspired by functional drinks from the Far East, Dietrich Mateschitz founded Red Bull in the mid 1980’s. He created the formula of Red Bull Energy Drink and developed the unique marketing concept of Red Bull. In 1987, on April 1, Red Bull Energy Drink was sold for the very first time in its home market Austria. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. Today Red Bull is available in 171 countries and around 68 billion cans of Red Bull have been consumed so far.
Kali Protectives came from a breakthrough in safety technology - COMPOSITE FUSION™, a process that bonds the helmet shell and foam enabling us to use a thinner shell, creating a lighter and stronger helmet. Lighter and stronger means a safe helmet with less mass attached to your head. The more we learn and the more we understand, the better protective gear we can produce. That is our goal at Kali - to deliver the absolute best protection available to riders.
